Call me naive! I was originally a little amazed to find the great paper vs. digital debate raging in scrapbookland. Not a bunch of happy scrappers like I'd always envisioned at that site!

I am glad that magazine editors are recognizing digital as another award-worthy approach to scrapping. Both ways have their definite strengths and I feel just as inspired by a great traditional LO as I do by a great digi one. I'm definitely not a digi snob even though digi is my personal favorite way of scrapping. I openly admit I love that touchy-feely texture of traditional, and the shine and sparkle.

It's too bad that a small number of trad scrappers have their minds completely closed, because they could print out some really great papers and elements from DD and scrap traditionally with them. They don't have to be digi scrappers to use this incredible DD stuff!

I think digi isn't half as scary as traditional. I can hit Cntl + Z (undo) with both eyes closed. So because of that, plus the other reasons listed above, I only see it gaining in popularity. I feel traditional is here to stay and that doesn't bother me at all. Both ways are viable methods of self-expression.
