I do both, and do hybrid pages. For me, it's sometimes a matter of how I want a page to look- there are effects that you can't get with paper. And sometimes, I really want to scrapbook but can't get into all my supplies with kids running around, or I don't have the supplies I would need for a project, etc. So I can sit in my dining room where my computer is and scrapbook while my kids play.
I hate the artificial "feud" between paper and digi- it's a non issue. They are just two sides of the same coin.
