I showed my
butterfly page to the art show director this morning and she loved it and approved it for entry. Now I need to figure out how to hang it.
I have no restrictions on the print medium except it needs to be ready-to-hang. Since I can't sell it, I don't want to put a lot of $$ into it. I'd like to stay around $20.
Square frames are impossible to find (except for the flimsy metal ones) and they are expensive to have made. So I think that's probably not an option unless someone knows of a custom frame website that has really good deals. I can go as small as 8X8 but I don't want to go smaller.
My other thought was to have a canvas wrap done, but I can't find a small size for less than about $75. So that's not an option.
I found a website that shows you how to print your photo onto transfer paper, then transfer the photo to white muslin and wrap that around a canvas or wood frame. It looks pretty easy.
Other than these ideas, does anyone have an idea how I can display this page?
Thanks!
Sarah
