OK. Latest word is that both submission forms work fine. Use either one. However, during the email switchover to the new servers, a number of DS submissions were lost. If you have submitted anything up to this point, send it again to be safe. They get screened, so duplicates will be deleted, it will be ok.
Cassie, I would try 72 dpi at 5x5 if that gets you below 100k. The color profile thing may be a problem.
