Sounds like this is another handy feature that PSE has and Photoshop doesn't! lol!!
(The others I've discovered are the wow plastic layer styles for creating your own acrylics and the Create -> photo layout feature that automatically creates templates for you and allows you to choose from a range of frames etc)
