While I rarely see DSM in the stores, I totally agree about the CK webpage. How can a company that extensive have such a poorly designed site?
Now re the DSM, I too, like a print version for all the reasons given. Trust us, 60 year old eyes need a break from the screen. Plus, as much as Dick and I love our laptops, they don't go to bed with us. Call us old fashioned ...or still newly weds. However, if I were given a choice, I'd pick a pdf over a newsletter.
