Yes I know what you talking about... it caused by heat and pressure... like plastic shrivel, and the chipper version (specially watch out for the "clearance") they tend to get bubbly, basically 'cause they are thinner and also when they lay for awhile they tend to pull/stick to each other which creates bubbles... also dry your pages for 24 hours ( I've heard that) before putting into the plastic... I don't have other solutions, only that when you buy the new ones may be interlay them with paper sheets (just regular every day print paper) may be that will help... and it actually doesn't matter if you have "digi"- flat page or scrapped by hand, but I know for sure that expensive albums have tissue paper interlaying every page... hope that clears up a little...
