Well, if I were you, I would shoot in RAW so anything, in regards to lighting, can be fixed. If you are wanting to freeze motion then shooting in shutter mode might be your best bet. If you are wanting to focus on your subject and blur out the background then aperature would be your best bet. Do you have a speed light that you are using? What lens are you using? I bet you might have to go up to 800 ISO, but it's hard to say without looking at the lighting! HTH!
