I made this recipe for
Beef & Barley soup from the King Arthur Flour website tonight. It was delicious! I added a couple of carrots, some salt & will add a bit more meat the next time I make it.
My husband and I had soup for supper tonight and I canned eight more quarts to have later and/or to take to friends. Lots of great recipes on this website! I love it.
