Rotisserie Chicken (from Costco)
Pork Chops with homemade Mango Salsa
Chicken Curry (Chicken + Curry paste + Coconut milk)
Chilli with homemade salsa, guacamole and corn chips.
Fried Rice (with the leftover Rotisserie chicken)
Steak, Greek Salad and baked Sweet Potato
Grilled Salmon with Lemon Oil (Lemon juice, rind + EVOO) green veggies and new potatoes.
