One of our staples now that it's getting cooler is a healthful chili recipe with lots of veggies and turkey in place of the beef. It's easy to make - just have to let it simmer for a while. Add some crusty bread or cornbread on the side and we're good to go. (Also good because it freezes well). My DH loves this recipe - I don't think he's figured out that it's good for him! If I recall, the recipe is from Weight Watchers, so I doubt it's available online. I'll see if I can find it.
