No need for your bifocals, there isn't a special section here for new users. Although you may want to check out the "getting started" section (on the top in the purple bar).
As you'll soon find out this is a very helpful and friendly place.
I thought I knew photoshop pretty well until I purchased a few of Cassie's tutorials, after that I started having even more fun with photoshop.
You may want to get your bifocals out for the ideas section though, there you'll find some beautiful layouts that our fellow members have posted.
