I ususally keep it to 2 myself unless you are using a font as a design element, like mixing them up in a title or so. I don't like it too busy myself. Sometimes you can use 2 for a title with 2 words and then another font for the journaling, if they are not too different. That's how I like it anyway, but then again everybody is different
