I'm out of town so I don't have my computer to check this in the software. I'm not sure why you're getting a border at all. Are you creating a text box? Those don't generally have borders. If you were using PS this could be done with a path very easily, but it's not a technique that is possible in PSE. Maybe there is a custom shape or border element in the store that would meet your needs.
