I personally wouldn't freak out too quickly on that list having PSE having problems under Snow Leopard.
It mentions "After restoring from Time Machine app gives a licence error" as being the problem someone reported and that is an issue which I have had on Leopard but had nothing to do with the OS but rather how the new licensing works in Adobe products & how Time Machine restores. It was fixable and nothing to do with the OS.
It appears that a single wiki entry about PSE & Time Machine restore not working has freaked a lot of people out.
Adobe works closely with Apple and I would be surprised if the new version of PSE didn't work on Snow Leopard or if there are any problems, that they wouldn't be fixed very quickly. There are also reports that CS3 may have issues but a lot of those have been put to rest as well as you can see from Jack Nack's blog:
