I don't know anything about Photo Impact Pro 13 Software. I would highly recommend that you use Adobe Photoshop Elements. You can download a free 30 day trial from their website, and if you like it, you can find it for under $100.
Our site has a
Getting Started link at the top of the screen that will walk you through the very basics. We also have a
Tips link there that will answer specific questions you might have. In addition, I have a tutorial in the store called
Getting Started: Your First Layout that will provide more detailed instructions with screenshots. It is created using either Adobe Photoshop OR Photoshop Elements.
