I have used both of those books and loved them both. They are very similar to use and made putting together books quick for me.
I did a book about my parents' trip to
Iceland using Katie's Made to Remember.
And I did a book about
beaches using Anna's Fotoblendz.
I don't think you could go wrong with either one and would pick up one just as easily as the other so would be more a decision of which mask looks you prefer to try out.

Getting Started with Templates can teach you to take any of the masks in these template albums and save them for use elsewhere as well. So you aren't just getting an album, you are getting a lot of masks to use on other pages in the future too.
