Always a tough choice, to be sure!
I'd bring 3: the 70-200, a 50 annnnnd the widest angle you have because I think it's great fun to get the whole of something in the frame. For example, the castle; you can get up close and get a different perspective on it. It's also great for practicing your composition. If you could find one, it might be fun to rent a fish-eye!
