This thread is DANGEROUS!!! Yikes!! You ladies are putting ideas in my head....
Now that I have the wonderful D90 AND a Crumpler bag.... and I got a long zoom lens for next to nothing (second hand). OK, it is not Nikkor, but Sigma and does not have VR, but it takes lovely sharp photos.
The next thing is to get a speedlight (I think I will go for the "simple" SB400, since I try to stay away from flash and this is good enough for me) and a remote control for my new beauty.
Now I REALLY want a real macro lens. Have to think economy here, so I have my eyes set on the Tamron 90mm or the Sigma 105mm. I think the Tamron is the most useful one, since it is also good for portraits.
Then comes the time for a nice wide angle lens. If I could afford it, I probably would go for Nikkor, but the Sigma 10-20mm is nice, but expensive here. Or what about a few primes, like a 85mm or the new 35mm...... hmmmmm...... now WHERE is that money tree again?????
(And they warned me about lens lust.....) *grump*
