I had so much fun yesterday! The team was informative, inspiring and entertaining all wrapped up in one fantastic package. My bum is still numb and I don't think I'll have to do sit ups for a few days thanks to Sara and Pattie. Thank you Katie and Randy for a day that I truly can say was the best day of my week.
