I have an Epson 2200 and an R1800, both of which I love. They're older printers, though. If I were buying today, I'd probably get one of Epson's Artisan printers.

Make sure you get a wide-format that can also print borderless on 12x12 paper. And if you can get one with separate matte black & glossy black ink cartridges, you won't have to worry with swapping out the back depending on what you're printing (like on my 2200).
