I also loved this magazine - hung on every word, idea and tutorial. There seem to be so many online scrapbooking resources popping up; I'm hoping that they continue to offer this as an e-zine, but I haven't seen anything yet indicating it will be. Given the digital content nature, I would think an all-digital version would continue with a strong following. I would definitely subscribe to an all-digital version.
