You are right; when you click on "Community" only last week's challenges list under the Challenge heading. But if you click one of them and follow the links to the gallery (Randy says "This weeks Color Challenge can be found here:"), you'll find yourself in the challenge gallery and can click left to view the more recent challenges.
I don't know why they aren't listing on the Community page. They used to!
