I have an Epson printer as well-when I print 12 x 12 I like the Premier Scrapbook Paper as well. Lately I have been printing 8 x 8 and use the Ultra Premier Matte paper in 8.5 x 11 size. I have done two Shutterfly books and think I am heading in the direction of having most of my stuff printed there.
