I've been scanning my father's slides. So many photos of birthday parties and Christmas. Very few of the everyday things. There are just a few incidental photos of things that were so significant in every-day ways like the kitchen sink or our artwork on the wall or our messy beds. Photos were so much more expensive then so it's so nice now to be able to photograph the little things (like medicine and potatoes)!!
