I shoot about 50% in Raw Bailey so my workflow changes.
My steps:
1. Upload to computer
2. Open and resize in LR (I resize to the size I will most likely print it)
3. Make any adjustments (I'm making fewer and fewer after last year's experience!)
4. Save in my POTD file with the date of the photo (it looks like this POTD010109)
5. Upload to flickr
6. Use the "blog this photo" link in flickr if I'm going to blog the photo (I don't blog all of them)
This is not the best system, just what works for me. I also have been known to upload directly to flickr without doing anything (gasp!) With a Pro account (a $25 annual fee) you have unlimited space on flickr so you don't have to worry so much. Just depends on the time/energy you want to invest!
