This month I want you to tell a story about some form of transportation. Maybe you want to document your first car, or your parents car when you were growing up. Have you taken a road trip and needed to rely on four wheels? Did it all go to plan? Maybe you are a biker, pedal to the metal roaring across the land, or a cyclist who might like to document those lovely rides you take.
Have you taken a cruise, rowed a boat, toured a town by bus? Do your children travel to school by school bus? Do you have your truck licence? Can you drive a tractor? Does the idea of train travel fill you with excitement? Is there a story about a car breakdown, or worse still an accident? Have you had the jitters flying in an aircraft, or does that thrill you with delight. Are you the driver or the navigator?
I am really going to enjoy seeing all the stories of the different types of transportation that strikes a chord with us.
The creative team have jumped on board with some wonderful pages.
Kim (KimR+) has created a magical page of her daughter riding her bicycle without the training wheels, what a proud moment, I still remember the wobbles way back when. Definitely a story that needed to be documented.

Oh boy, Lynnie (Grandma Lynnie) has put together an amazing double page spread, I love photos that spread across the two pages of an amazing car, an amazing history and a story that simply had to be told. Please do visit the site and read this incredible story.
And I (Carol) have created a page about a recent car purchase I made. I like the idea of scrapping our vehicles as they all tell a jigsaw part of the story that is us. And who knows what cars will look like in the future (take Nellybelle above for instance), so what a a walk down memory lane my car will be in 50 years time!
