I don’t know about you but I seem to snap photographs on my phone every single day. Silly little happenings, momentous occasions, a pretty sunrise, a delicious meal from a restaurant, a lovely view, a dress you’re considering to buy, a selfie … come on we all do selfies don’t we!!??
So this month I want you to look back into your phone and grab a photo, any photo that you’ve taken so far in August and scrap the story about the photo. Why you took it? What was happening? How you were feeling? Who’s in the photo? Give us the story about why that photo took space on your phone. Maybe it’s a screen print you grabbed for a specific reason, a recipe you wanted to remember, a photo you took for Instagram, scrap that story.
And if you are a big girl/boy camera type of person, then what photos have you downloaded from your camera in August.
And okay okay, for those of you who may not have taken a photo so far in August. Really…!? But if you haven’t, then go to your diary/calendar, pick a day that you did something in August, what have you got jotted down, an appointment, a meeting, a lunch date, a bill to pay, and scrap that story. No pics needed.
Our Project Life and story a day people are brilliant about scrapping the ordinary every day happenings, go check out that gallery for ideas if needed.
The creative team have jumped on board with some terrific example pages, I’ve been spoilt for choice so many hands went up, so here are a few:
