Scrapbook Challenge: Chart It

Welcome to the Chart It challenge! The inspiration for this challenge is based on infographics – how to convey information clearly while creating a visually appealing image. Doesn’t that sound like exactly what scrapbooking is all about? There is a freebie provided for the challenge and instructions for the rewards program at the end of the post, so keep reading!

I’ve chosen this image as our inspiration for some InfoScrapping:

And our Creative Team have taken three very different – but very fun – takes on our inspiration piece.

Mel (aka britgirl) created a beautiful page to share information about a new and very special pony and two very happy girls. I love how she used the arrows to add journaling surrounding her photo. Doesn’t her page make you wish that you had a pony?

Jana (aka jlholden15) took the inspiration piece and created a very colorful and artistic piece that is definitely visually appealing! I truly love bright and colorful pages, and I love how she transformed the underlying chart into such an interesting image!

For my (mungerre) page, I focused on school supplies, something I like to scrap about at back-to-school time each year. I was inspired to use extractions, ending up with a slightly different twist to my page than if I had just used a list.
