Saturday Scraplift: Weight of 3

Good Quarterly Sale morning! I hope you are able to enjoy some scrapping, some shopping and some chatting this weekend. As I live in the midwest and have survived hoar frost, thunder sleet, the polar vortex and an ice storm, I decided it was time to think about summer. 🙂 So, this week’s inspiration is a great beach page by Addie (agoymerac).

The whole beach theme is really working for me today. But how can you not love that ruffled little bum and the joy in those pictures! As for the design, I really like how the 2 photos along with the large cluster give the weight of 3 photos. We all know in design that 3 is a great number and visually this page really is balanced. Just an all around great page!

This week, I had 3 great volunteers take on the challenge. Up first is Jheri who kept with the beach theme, the weight of 3 and even the colors. Love the thatched umbrellas! Wish I could join her on this beach.

Elisabeth (lego) decided to make a recipe page and it is really gorgeous. Love the close up photo of the apple strudel and her visual weight of 3 is actually 9 but again, really gives balance to the page. Yum!

Finally, another amazing beach page. These 2 cuties sure look like they are enjoying all that Punta Cana has to offer! This time the weight of three is the photos and the title work. Love it! Thanks for playing along Sherry (digi371).
