Saturday Scraplift Scrapbooking Challenge: Laying it all out

I adore this page by Agnieszka (Arte Banale) and I thought it would make a great Saturday Scraplift.  There are so many little details that could be lifted here: the sticker technique, the horizontal page design, the soft brushwork, just to list a few. I hope it inspires you as much as it did me.

A few of the CT volunteered to join me in lifting Agnieszka’s page and I love the pages that they created.

Mel’s page is so inviting to me right now with it’s bright, cheery colors. She lifted Agnieszka’s sticker technique and then extended her photo out with brushes and other elements. Love that she also lifted the script paper background for her beautiful page.

Mel use these products for her page: Letter Box Essentials Paper Pack No2, Grassy Edgers No2, Botanical Stickers No3, Alandia Meadow Element Pack, Ephemera Torn Strips No2, Artsy Lopsy Layered Photo Frames, Spring Clebrations Element Pack.

Janet created a lift with a pic of her daughter, documenting a “milestone.” Janet used the sticker technique as well and kept the horizontal feel of the design with the road stripe. This is just such a fun page.

Janet’s supply list looks like this: Chalkboard Basics: Subtle Patterns Paper Pack, On the go Brushes and Stamps, Messy Stamped Numbers and Extras Brushes and Stamps, Corby Element Pack, Blue Bird Solids Paper Pack, School Words No1 Hand Drawn Brushes, Jelly Alphabet No20.

I love what Melissa did here. She took that coin holder element to a whole other level and made this lift into a true Melissa page. I smile every time I look at this one.

good_dayHere’s Melissa’s list of supplies: Brilliant Love Element Pack, Catching Rainbows Element Pack, Simple Comforts Paper Pack No3, Painted Photo Masks Brushes and Stamps, Artpacks Brushes and Stamps: Fall No1, Graphic Flower Clusters Brushes and Stamps, Postage Strip Words, Coin Holder Photo Frames, Curled Ribbons and Bows, Artsy Seaside Value Pack, Duncan Word Strips, Life Stacked Banners Brushes and Stamps, Readymade Circles: summer No.1

My lift was all about the horizontal elements design and I couldn’t resist playing with the sticker technique as well.

My product list looks like this: Marklow Kit, Fresh Vintage Clare Kit, Fading Dots Paper Pack, Fresh Vintage Blends, Fine Line Twists, Readymade Borders: Vintage, Shine On Kit, Metal Rimmed Glittered Alpha Taupe.

I hope you’ve been inspired by the Saturday Scraplift choice this week and will join us in a lift of your own.  Please post your pages in the Saturday Scraplift Gallery and be sure and post pages that contain ALL DD products in the March Challenge Participation thread to get credit for the Rewards Program.

Happy Scrapping! 🙂
