Saturday Scraplift Scrapbooking Challenge: Front and Center

This week I chose this page by Sharon (sharongrey8) as this week’s Saturday Scraplift.

It is such a beautiful page both in it’s simplicity and in it’s details.  I thought Sharon’s page was a good choice this week not only because it grabbed my attention in the gallery, but because there are any number of things that might inspire one to create a page of their own after seeing hers.

Pam was inspired by the sepia background and colored photo up front.  This is what attracted me the most to Sharon’s page and Pam’s lift is simply gorgeous.

Pam used Katie’s: Artsy Golden Vintage Value Pack, Spot dots Brushes and Stamps No.8, Striping Graphic Gold No.01, Bexley Element Pack, Star Glows Brushes and Stamps No. 01, Stacked Vintage Photo Frames No.05, Summer Gardens Linen Buttons and Maplebrook Studios: Samma Kit.

Steph created this fabulous page lifting Sharon’s edge design.  The border on two sides is very inspiring and frames Steph’s adorably crafted tree perfectly.

Crafts-and-more-craftsSteph’s supply list consists of Katie’s Holiday Cheer Kit, Anyday December Borders No. 01, Star Filled Confetti No. 01 and Printable Gift Card Holders: December No.01.

I liked how Sharon used the large photo as part of her background with the color photo “front and center.” I lifted her page with a couple of pictures from last winter.  The very next day we were pounded with 6″ of snow, but I won’t hold that against her. ;)

MerryandBrightFor my page I used: Katie’s Arctic Whites No.2, Silver Essentials No.1, Silver Glitter Splatters, FineLine Twists No.02, Messed U Overlays No. 2, Simply Spring Twill, Silver Essentials No.3, Minted Christmas, and Lynn’s Club Tropic Kit.

Are you inspired?  We’d love to see your lift in the Saturday Scraplift Gallery and if your page consists of all DD product be sure and post a link in the December Challenge Participation thread to earn discounts with our rewards program.
