Saturday Scraplift: Photo Cuts

Good morning! Welcome to the 4th quarter sale Saturday Scraplift! I am excited to share this week’s page with you all. I dug into my favorites photos and actually picked a page that was posted for the 3rd quarter sale. That wasn’t intentional but it’s kind of fun how it worked out. ūüôā

Tammie (tammielsmith) pulled this layout together for a layering chat. I was drawn to the photo cut masks and the gorgeous autumn colors. The type brushes and edge details add depth to the design and really frame the photo beautifully.

I was not able to play along this week as my son landed in the hospital for 4 days (he’s out now and much better) so I’m very grateful for our guest CT members who jumped at the chance to lift this lovely page.

Up first is Kate (OKate) who did a pretty direct lift of the page including a layered cluster and the edge details. Love her color scheme and the beautiful scenery. It’s especially fun that the photo cuts framed the ducks.

Carmel (caapmun) used a similar page layout but turn the photo cuts vertically for her charming beach page. I don’t know about you, but I love photos from behind and this one is just precious.

There will be lots of inspiration this weekend in the chats but I hope you find time to lift this lovely page. If you do, please  post your page in the Saturday Scraplift Challenge Gallery and if you use all DD products on your page, remember to post a link to your page in the November Challenge Participation thread so you can work towards a coupon for the store!

Happy scrapping and happy shopping!
