Saturday Scraplift: Impact goes large

Morning, it’s another sunny Saturday, hope everyone’s having a good Easter weekend. Here’s a sweet page for your Saturday Scraplift inspiration this week. Erin’s (Ernie88)  page just jumped out of the gallery at me when I saw it. Those eyes! I am a huge fan of large photos on pages, and the addition of the smaller photo adds impact here. I love the geometric frames, and the sweet element strip adds interest with the pops of red.

I was inspired to scrap some photos from my vacation last week to Orkney. There’s a lot of neolithic history there, including this ring of standing stones. It was very windy the day we went, but the kids had a lot of fun running round it, and were stunned at the height of some of the stones. It’s amazing to think how they were put up several thousand years ago!

I used Poly Photo Frame stacks No. 01; Walden Scrapbooking Collection; Great Escape Scrapbook Kit.

Now it’s your turn, let’s see how you fill the page with a photo. Post your pages in the Saturday Scraplift Gallery so we can leave some love. You can also join in with the rewards scheme to earn vouchers by using 100 % Designer Digitals products. Keep track of which challenges you’ve completed in the April Challenge sign-in thread.

Happy scrapping!
