Welcome to another Saturday Scraplift! Today as I look out my window and the scenery is the same that it has been for months (snow, snow, and MORE snow) I was inspired by this lovely fall page in the gallery by lisabarrie.
You will notice that all of the scraplifters today also chose to NOT scrap snow. Maybe I’m not the only one who is in desperate need of a change of scenery?
shhbabymine (Sarah) was inspired by the colors and textures. Love how she highlighted the regular days of homeschooling her kids.
Hadleigh Kit, Photo Clusters No. 47, Defined Disks, Chevron Cardstock Cape Value Pack, Hidden Meadow Kit, Notebook Edge Photo Masks No. 9, Lesson Book Kit, Flourishing Leaves No. 4, Worn Strips No. 10, Winter Peony Kit, Krafty Guys Elements, Artistry Blanco Elements, Cut Ups: Fall
Readstoomuch (Mollie) went with a gorgeous beach theme. I adore these colors and love how she used the vertical patterned paper stripes for her layering. Makes for a great clean lines layered page.
Ad Inspiration from Feb. 22nd 2014 (star banner), Algot Paper Pack, Brilliant Love Expanded Scrapbooking Collection, Cut Ups: Destination, Clean Stitched Borders White No. 01, Clean Stitched Stars: White No. 01, Date Tags No. 2A, Ephemera Torn Strips No. 01, Finer Things No. 01 Slate Paper Pack, Just Chevrons Paper Pack No. 02, Just Linens Paper Pack No. 18, Lars Paper Pack, Layered Memories No. 08, Pacifica Kit, Symbology GeoTags + BONUS Brush Set, Watery Brushes and Stamps No. 02
Finally, my page which isn’t a change of scenery page so much as a change of seasons page. My son turned 18(!!!) yesterday and I am still trying to wrap my brain around it. My page was inspired by the messy stitching and vertical orientation and was of course made possible by my layering hero Kayleigh and her fabulous LayerWorks Templates which I butcher regularly!
