This month, I chose a mask that could test your creativity a bit. Along with the mask freebie, Katie included a few brushes. To give you some inspiration, my fellow Creative Team members have each shown different ways that the mask and brushes can be used on a page.
Chrissy used the mask to highlight her word art and the watery brushes to create a wonderful splash effect. I love how it looks like her daughter is creating a really big splash. Here are the products she used: Katie Pertiet Challenge freebie Bead Scatterings No 04, Brielle Scrapbooking kit, Brierley scrapbooking kit, Del Mar Shores Paper pack, Expressions tapes no2, Foiled Words December No 02, Ledger Grids Brushes and stamps No 04, Love twists brushes and stamps No 02, Red and Krafty Hearts No 01, Washi tapes: White No 01, Watery Photo Masks No 08. Lynn Grieveson: Totally Trashed: The Woodwork, Wonderful Day kit.
Jenelle used the watery spots to create a beautifully, serene page. I love how she added the blendable maps to the corner to enhance the watery feel. Here are the products she used: Katie Pertiet: Challenge Freebie Pack, Katie Pertiet: Challenge Freebie Pack, Painted Book Paper Pack No. 02, Atlantic Paper Pack, Watery Photo Masks No. 05, Blendable Maps No. 03, Classic Curled Photo Frames No. 06, Charted Brushes and Stamps No. 01, Inked Words: Photos No. 01 Brushes and Stamps, Fine Line Twists Brushes and Stamps No. 02.
Sarah’s adorable photo of her daughter took center stage on her page. She used the watery spots to highlight the cluster under the large photo. Lynn Grieveson: Micheline Kit.
