A Haunting Story Scrapbook Challenge

Hi everyone, I’m here presenting another challenge, so I want you to get your spooks on, to do a page for the Haunting Story Scrapbook Challenge.

We can think right outside the box with this one, of course first thing comes to mind are Halloween stories and I’m sure there are many.  But some who don’t do Halloween in other parts of the world don’t feel left out, you might be like me and go down a different path with a personal story as to something that haunts you or a family member, a thought, a moment in time, a situation.   A time in your life where you have been scared and it permeates your thoughts.  We really can go down a lot of rabbit holes with the theme for the Story Scrapbook Challenge this month.

The CT have certainly given me the heebie jeebies with their pages.

Kathie’s page is going to give you chills, for sure.  One of those moments in time that will flash back when least expected.  I hope that by creating the page that Kathie has had some peace of mind over the incident.

Supplies used by Kathie:  Folia Scrapbooking Collection,  Blendable Layered Template No. 23,  Stamped Blocks No. 32 Brushes and Stamps,  Berks Lane Solids Paper Pack,  Life Lines Complete Scrapbooking Collection,  Blessed Element Pack,  Lens Flare Brushes and Stamps No. 02,  Letter Box Clusters No. 02 Brushes and Stamps,  Starburst Brushes and Stamps No. 01,  Chalked Alphabet No. 02,  City Sites Brushes and Stamps No. 01 (Katie Pertiet).   Colbie Solids Paper Pack,  Finer Things No. 01 Teal Paper Pack (Maplebrook Studios).   Geometric Hints Brushes and Stamps (Lynn Grieveson).   This Is Love Vol. 02 Brushes and Stamps,  Messy Gratitude Lines Brushes and Stamps (Ali Edwards).

I just love the way Janet scraps, all the pieces of her children’s lives, and this one is no exception.  Everything her daughter loves about Halloween, and don’t you just love the treatment Janet has given to the photograph with the watery Halloween hat and cat and cobweb.
