Getting Artsy With Digital Scrapbooking: Loving It

Good morning! Since Valentine’s Day was only a couple of days ago, I thought it appropriate to put a little love on our pages. I’m sure you all have a ton of photos from that day and even if not, just find something you love and put that on “paper”. Of course we have a lovely freebie for you all and you can grab it right hereI think you are going to like it. I do have a few examples for you of course

This one is by Jana. Doesn’t the whole page just look like love? And all that without a photo. It’s so beautifully artsy!! Here is what she used to create it:
K.Pertiet
Wavy Words Brushes and Stamps No. 02 (freebie), Clean Stitched Borders Pink No.01Love Lasts Brushes and StampsSweet Rosey Solids Paper Pack

Twisted Clusters Brushes and Stamps No. 01Watery Blumes No. 03
Kiss Me Brushes and Stamps
Studio DD
Readymade Layers Love Edgers No 1 (bits & pieces)

Debi doesn’t consider herself artsy, but I think she did a fabulous job with this page, it has just the right touch of “artsyness” with the neat watery brushes:

Here is what she used:
K. PERTIET
Watery Heart Brushes  (challenge freebie… the two larger, watery brushes… and, there are two others in the freebie!), Adventuring Solids Paper Pack  (background paper)
Misted Hearts Brushes and Stamps No. 01 (smaller, “spongy” looking heart brush)
Thin Classic Photo Frames No. 04 (photo frame),  (blue brads, recolored slightly)
Quote Lines: Traveler (title word art) – coming soon
And lastly there is my page, also just a little bit artsy 🙂 I did a bit of blending and added some brushes in addition to the freebie hearts.

Here is what I used on the page:
K. Pertiet
artsy freebie 2/16/17, Adventuring Solids Paper Pack, curated studio Mix No. 33 – coming soon, StampednFramed Template No.1 (frame),  Blendable layers No.54

I hope you will enjoy this challenge. Please don’t forget to post your finished pages in the Artsy Scrapbooking gallery and then place a link in the February Challenges Sign-In Thread. I can’t wait to see what you will come up with, have fun!!
